Prospects should be passionate about the quality of life we enjoy here in Lebanon and Wilson County. They should have a sincere interest in the betterment of our Chamber and its members.

The Membership Committee assists with Chamber programs such as Business Before and After Hours, Business Connection, Open House, New Member Mixers, and the Annual Business Extravaganza event. Annual Membership Meeting & Awards Banquet

      
 The Annual Membership Meeting & Awards Banquet was held on Thursday, February 11, 2010.

 Pictured:  Penny Carroll, Friend of Education. Terry Ashe, Lifetime Member. Special Achievemnet Award to Barry Wilmore, his parents accepted on his behalf. Vicky Willis accepted Distinguished Alumni award for Gretchen Wilson.

Cliff Hawks accepts Tapped By Tourism awarded to the Nashville Superspeedway. Joe Prokott (center) received the Volunteer of the Year and Ambassador of the Year was awarded to Catherine Fowlkes.

         

Retailer of the Year was awarded to Bobbi Jean Sherry, Publix Supermarket.
Three plaques were awarded for the Taste of Wilson County winners: Castle Heights Chop House, Cooking Creations and Two Fat Men Catering. Corporate Friend of Education was awarded to Wilson Bank & Trust and PFG Lester, accepting were Becky Jennings and Dean Adams.

Hal Bone/The Pavilion, Vince Cherry/University Medical Center Tower;  Pam Black and Hattie Bryant/ Farmer's Market;  Zack Crighead/ The Phoenix Plaza. Mayor Philip Craighead and wife Darlene accepted awards for the Farmer's Market and The Phoenix Plaza.

The 2010 edition of the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Business & Industry Guide including the Membership Directory is hot off the press. If you haven't seen this years copy, please stop by the Chamber and get your free copy. Each member is listed alphabetically and categorically in the back. This magazine is a fantastic marketing tool for the Chamber and its members.

 

The Chamber has launched its new website.
Please visit www.lebanonwilsonchamber.com, check out your listing and let us know if you have any changes. The site is still a work in progress, so please be patient with us as we create a site that everyone will be proud to call theirs. We currently have 350 categories on the membership listing and due to content and pictures, we will be minimizing these pages. Please check your category listing, let us know any change. Each member will have one listing but if you desire a second listing there may be a small first time fee.
