I am so proud to be a Real Estate Specialist for the Homes for Heroes program. As the wife of a Police Officer, as well as many family and close friends who are Firefighters, Military, Teachers and Medical Professionals (active or retired), I wanted to be able to bless the Heroes in my community by giving back a portion of my commission. I get the pleasure to help my clients sell their home and/or buy their dream home AND monetarily give back to my HERO clients as a THANK YOU for their service in our community. My HERO clients receive a reward check of .7% of the sales price ($700 per $100K) 7-10 days after closing. I did extensive research prior to joining the Homes for Heroes Program to be sure this was a program that I could stand by and would definitely benefit our Heroes. But the giving & serving doesn't stop with my HERO Clients. Every closing transaction helps fund the Homes for Heroes Foundation which in turn has given out over a HALF A MILLION DOLLARS to Heroes/Hero Organizations nationwide!
