With nearly 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Covenant Constructors leader Tim Walker wanted to run his own business and with Michael Dickson as his second-in-command, they grew a team of 5 to nearly 60 within two years. With a goal to reach $20M in 5-years, they assembled a team known for their high attention to detail and a dedication to quality, enabling them to reach that goal in less than 3 years. Their expertise in site development has shone through as they’ve built strong relationships with clients of all sizes, establishing long-term business relationships and repeat customers.
